TheAtelier, established 2014,is a Design & Build Company, associated with SKA, in developing building solutions to a range of projects including factories, Office Interiors, logistic hubs, etc. With a repertoire of completed projects, the company strives to deliver quality work & designs in reasonable time and professional manner. The nature of work is to provide a one stop solution to the needs of project making, from project framing, planning, design & to execution & Quality delivery. The effort is to encompass all requirements. The Driving principles of its work are transparency, timely delivery, & quality design.
The Company, with its offices at Noida, has & plans to strengthen its work area on a pan India basis, establishing regional hubs of administrative offices. The existing work offices are in Varanasi, Lucknow, Agra & Bengaluru.

How we Do it

The Atelier is Organized with its multiple Build Teams that are individually equipped with human resources, Facilities & Leadership. The Teams have delivery records & are subsidiaries of the company. The Build Team is led by the Design Team comprising Project Architects, assigned as Project heads to each project & responsible for leading, coordinate & ensure delivery. Both the majors are equipped with managerial in-house support teams. The Company has Architectural consultancy from M/s SKA. Architects & a team of Engineering, Services &Liaison Organizations- all of noted professional reputation. Together TheAtelier is endeavoring to create building projects led by architectural sensibilities.
